Course Summary

This course is a full-day introduction to agile methods with examples from Scrum, Kanban and Lean, where you, regardless of your role in the organization, get a basic overview, useful examples to bring to your own everyday life and are inspired to deeper knowledge in the field.

The purpose of this agile workshop day is to overview, inspire and give you the opportunity to find the next step in your own and the organization’s agile development.

At the end of the course, you will have an understanding of the common foundation of Lean and Agile. You have looked at Scrum and a couple more methods and know how they work. Together with the other course participants, you have practiced applying lean thinking and gone on a game hunt in the knowledge organization. Last but not least, you have learned about kaizen, to continuously improve the business in small steps.
