Design Sprint

Course Summary

Design sprint is a method developed by Google and is an effective problem-solving method that moves a project forward in a short time. Design Sprint is a 5 day process to answer and test a problem/idea.
The advantage of the method is that during these 5 days the whole team focuses on finding solutions and visualizing these in prototypes, to then test with customers/users.

The aim is to teach you the methodology of Design Sprints and provide you with practical tools and processes to answer questions and test solutions faster when developing systems, services or apps. You will have an understanding of the context of a design sprint and be able to decide where and how it can be used in an optimal way.

The course is aimed at those who want to learn a structured process from a defined problem/idea to a prototype tested with users.

You are most likely a concept developer, product/service owner or responsible for idea and innovation management. Or just curious about the method as such and what it has to offer.

-When implementing a new feature or concept in an existing product

-can be used to streamline a feasibility study

Course structure
