A brief description of the courses in Maxa M365

• MS Planner

  – Keep track of project activities and the like. Break down complex activities into detailed steps, specify who is responsible, status, when it should be completed, prio, etc. Works like Post-it notes: drag an activity from eg Planned to In Progress and then Completed

• MS Bookings
  
  – build booking forms, where you offer e.g. services, assignment booking, courses, personal meetings etc. Specify exactly when these services are available, specify the maximum number of participants, choose who will perform them. Everything is booked directly in both the client’s and the responsible contractor’s calendar.
  

• MS Forms

  – build intelligent e-forms, for e.g. evaluations, get feedback, create order forms and also test/quiz forms. Easily see the answers, decide who gets to fill them in and for what period

• MS Sway
  
  – Smart feature for newsletters! Build newsletters, newsletters, etc. with all kinds of content, not only text and images, but also video, e-forms and booking calendars. See how many people read the newsletter. Automatic adaptation of the presentation based on the reader’s device, works just as well on mobile as computer and tablet.

Since these 4 apps are part of M365, they can also be easily integrated with e.g. MS Teams and the Intranet’s SharePoint page. It is therefore both more economical and smart to use these apps compared to stand-alone products you find on the Internet.
