This course is for those who want to communicate at a consistent, high level on a daily basis to avoid the ambiguity, misinterpretation and misunderstandings that cost so much time, money and frustration.
It is for managers and leaders with the drive and courage to develop new communication skills to inspire and motivate employees to achieve great things.
As a manager and leader, you have a position and responsibility where everyone’s eyes and ears are on you because your message and decisions will affect employees, customers and other parties.
The recipients are waiting for what you are going to say and interpret what you say, or don’t say.
Therefore, being confident, clear, responsive and creating understanding are important keys to getting through.

You do not need any prior knowledge, but to maximize learning during the course, it is helpful if you prepare this:

  1. Make sure you have space on your mobile to record your training presentations, (this is optional)
  2. Write down 3 – 5 improvement points that you want to work on during the course.
  3. Think of a topic that you would like to talk about in your final presentation on day 2 in about 5 minutes, with or without PP.

Overview of the

Welcome to a practical rhetoric course where you will develop valuable new skills. Our unique learning methodology keeps you active and engaged throughout the course. You will gain knowledge of modern rhetoric and practice using the methods through selected case exercises of increasing difficulty. You will receive feedback, advice and the opportunity to exchange experiences with the other participants and our course leader. You will become more confident and increase your impact as a manager and leader. You will communicate more effectively and therefore avoid many pitfalls.

Through training you develop new skills. Through feedback, you will become aware of your strengths and weaknesses and through concrete tips and advice you will understand what you can improve. This is the core of this fun, challenging and practical course for you as a manager and leader. After the course, you will feel more confident and self-assured both in your role and when communicating. You dare to challenge yourself and the group and raise the level of everyone’s communication in your group.
