Course Summary

Over two intensive days, you will get practical training in handling difficult conversations. The course gives you clear strategies to adapt your approach depending on what you want to achieve with the conversation.

You’ll get concrete tools to steer conversations in the right direction, deliver tough messages, manage emotional outbursts, communicate big changes and give feedback that actually leads to change – through clarity and an empathetic tone.

Through practical exercises based on common industry scenarios, you will have the opportunity to apply the rhetorical techniques directly.
