In this workshop-style course, participants will gain the practical tools and techniques required to implement the Lean Portfolio Management functions of Strategy and Investment Finance, Agile Portfolio Operations, and Lean Governance.
\nParticipants in the course will have the opportunity to capture the current and future state of their portfolio using the Portfolio Canvas Tool and identify key business initiatives to achieve that future state.
\nParticipants will also explore methods to establish a portfolio flow with Portfolio Kanban and prioritize initiatives for maximum financial benefit.
