Module 2: Introduction to Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Learning Objectives
This module looks at SPM as a concept, and how to use Orbus’ solution. It also explains five key scenarios in APM.
Module 3: SPM Foundations Learning Objectives
This module explores how the Orbus SPM solution can be integrated into a tool, with iServer used as an example. It also looks at data in SPM, how to utilize the SPM metamodel, and how to navigate SPM in Power BI.
Module 4: Application Support for Strategy Learning Objectives
This module provides an overview of Application Support for Strategy, along with the associated roles, context, and business questions.
