ITIL® Foundation Optimized + Certification

ITIL Foundation Optimized is delivered as blended learning to ensure learning transfer. Starting up with E-learning on an overview of ITIL, flipped classroom approach with read-first material, followed up with 1 + 1 full days in classroom (a week apart) combined with approximately 10 more hours of self-studies during and after (supported by our Training Cloud with preparing questions, white papers, mock examination and films where our experts drill down in certain subareas and suggests which parts to focus extra on regarding the exam). This way of learning ensures a definitely higher possibility to pass your final exam!

First classroom day is followed up with quiz forms that helps participants reconnect the details of the day plus more tips on what participants should read up on in the portal before day 2 in classroom. Day 2 is focused on terminology and helping the student understand what to focus extra on in order to obtain the certificate ITIL Foundation.

Audience

This course is for those who are involved in the delivery of IT services and need an understanding of "best practice" in Service Management. The course provides knowledge of ITIL and its terminology, structure and basic concepts. The course also provides the opportunity to obtain the certificate 'ITIL Foundation'.

Prior knowledge

Experience and knowledge of computing environments are useful but not essential.

Certification

The course is completed with a certification that is delivered as proctored exam which you conduct via your own web browser. This exam must be completed within a week after the last class room day. 

Note that this certificate is required to be able to take you further on the Lifecycle and Capability level.

Language

The course is taught in English (Contact us if you prefer Swedish).

Digital course materials in English included combined with crib sheets, white papers, videos, exam preparation qiuzes, mock exam and more. All supported by Informator Training Cloud platform.
