Agile leadership

Course Summary

Agile leadership – a coaching, facilitating and trust-based leadership This course expands your leadership toolbox and gives you a greater understanding of an approach based on co-creation, facilitation and feedback-driven development of both the individual, team, product and organization.
As a leader, you support by giving each individual the opportunity to be their best self and constantly develop.
The focus is on trust, support, openness and communication. “An agile leader is like a farmer who doesn’t grow crops by pulling them but instead creates the perfect environment for the crops to grow and thrive.” – Peter Koning

– Being able to create the right environment for employees to be self-organized.

– Leading in an environment where teams collaborate, where people continuously learn from each other, and where feedback and coaching are the best tools for both organizational and individual development.

– Letting go of micromanagement, giving freedom with responsibility.

– To be able to lead in different circumstances and to manage rapid change in a changing world.

Project managers, project members, line managers, team leaders, scrum masters, product owners – anyone who has an interest in learning more about modern, facilitative leadership for self-organizing groups.
