General Terms and Conditions

Our cancellation and rescheduling rules are based on guidelines from the organization Almega utbildningsföretagen.

In general

  • Binding booking: Course bookings are binding on the participant’s company once received by Informator.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling: Cancellation or rescheduling can be made free of charge up to 20 working days before the start of the course. Cancellations or changes made 20 working days or less before the start of the course will be charged 100% of the course fee.
    If the booking has been made through a partner, or if the training is delivered by a partner, their booking conditions apply.
  • Changes to course dates/teacher: If the teacher becomes ill or is unable to conduct the course, Informator reserves the right to change the teacher or move the course date, in consultation with the customer.
  • Invoicing: Informator sends the invoice up to twenty days before the start of the course and applies a payment term of 30 days. Any specific customer contracts are exempt from this policy. The customer is obliged to provide correct invoicing information to Informator in good time. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee will be applied in accordance with applicable legislation. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
  • Disruptive behavior: Participants who exhibit disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the course. No compensation will be paid for non-completion of the course.
  • Course material: Informator uses digital course material as much as possible, this may not be copied or distributed without Informator’s approval. In some cases, the responsible teacher distributes course material to the participant.

Open (scheduled) training arranged by Informator

  • Transfer of course place: Course places can be transferred to employees after consultation with the Informator. No other compensation is paid.
  • Sickness: If the participant falls ill (or is caring for a sick relative), Informator may require a sickness certificate to prove this. The participant will be offered to reschedule the course to the next available date at no extra cost. If this is not possible or if valid documentation cannot be provided, the participant will be offered a rebooking to a course within 6 months at 50% of the course fee.
  • Complaints and customer satisfaction guarantee: In case of dissatisfaction with the course, a completed course evaluation is required to complain about the course. Informator offers a customer satisfaction guarantee, which means that you as a customer always have the right to participate in the course again at no cost.

Customized training

  • List of participants: No later than ten working days before the start of the course, the customer must provide a list of participants to Informator, containing the relevant contact details of the course participants. The customer must also inform if they wish to opt out of receiving the invitation and course evaluation from Informator.
  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling: Informator has the right to charge for unavoidable costs, regardless of the time of cancellation. This includes work started, non-cancellable travel, ordered course materials and refreshments. The above general conditions also apply to in-house training courses.
  • Venue: In-house training is conducted at the customer’s own premises. If Informator’s premises are used, additional fees will apply.
  • Complaints and customer satisfaction guarantee: In the event of dissatisfaction with the course, a complaint should be made to the responsible salesperson as soon as possible after the end of the course. If questions or uncertainties arise during the course, the responsible contact person at Informator should be informed immediately. The complaint process may vary depending on the specific situation.
