Please note that Informator reserves the right to change classroom participation to remote participation (based on experience from the Covid-19 event).

Cancellation/rebooking

Scheduled open training

  • The course booking is considered binding for the participant’s company once Informator has received the booking.
  • Free cancellation and rescheduling applies up to 20 working days before the start of the course.
  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling 20 working days or less before the start of the course, the client will be charged 100% of the course fee.
  • In the event of illness (own illness or care of children / relatives), a medical certificate or equivalent documentation must be presented and then the participant will be offered to reschedule to the next course session at no extra cost.
    If the participant is unable to attend the offered course or cannot show valid documentation, they will be offered a rebooking to a course within 6 months of the original date at 50% of the course fee.
  • If the teacher becomes ill or for any other reason cannot conduct the course on the agreed date, Informator reserves the right to change the teacher or move the course date.
  • A course place can always be transferred to a staff member after consultation with the Informator.
  • No other compensation is paid.

In-company training

  • In-house/adapted training can be canceled free of charge no later than 20 working days before the start of the course, after which the full cost will be charged.
  • Regardless of the time of cancellation, Informator always has the right to charge for the costs that Informator cannot avoid despite the cancellation.
    This includes, but is not limited to, work started on development/adaptations, non-cancellable travel, ordered course materials and refreshments.
  • If a teacher falls ill or for any other reason is unable to conduct a course on the agreed date, Informator reserves the right to change the teacher or move the course date.
    Such action is always taken in consultation with the customer.

Seminar/event

  • If you cancel a seminar/event with a registration fee, the same cancellation rules apply as for courses.
  • Cancellation of a free seminar must be made 24 hours before the start.
  • If participants fail to attend a free seminar/event, without having canceled at least the day before, up to SEK 500 will be charged.

The following applies to all Informator training courses

If a participant behaves in a deliberately disruptive manner, in a way that risks interfering with the experience of other participants, their place on the course is forfeited.
Informateur staff have the right to require the deliberately disruptive person to leave the training immediately.
A person who has to leave the training due to deliberately disruptive behavior is not entitled to any compensation or refund for non-completion of the course.
