The traditional project methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, XLPM and PPS have a strong focus on governance and management of the project. To really benefit from the flexibility of agile teams, the whole organization needs to understand the basics of agile methods, to adapt governance and management to an agile way of working.
You will learn about the common agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean Start-up so that your organization can choose the right methodology, or combine the right elements from the different frameworks based on your specific needs. You will also learn how to practically plan and execute an agile project. By the end of the course, you should also be able to write good user stories.
We address everyone who is curious about the agile frameworks and their use in the project area. You are probably an IT manager, project manager or project office manager, ScrumMaster or product owner, management leader, business requirements engineer, methodology manager or change manager or project employee with the ambition to become an agile project manager.
