This course gives you an overview of agile ways of working and methods in general, with an extra focus on the Scrum framework.
Agile methods have great potential but success will not come by itself. It requires that we apply them in a way that suits our own organization, and that we do it together. This course aims to teach the basics of agile to anyone in your organization who comes into contact with them in any way. Whether you work with development, if you collaborate with those who develop, or if you lead a developing organization.
You will learn what an effective agile way of working looks like, in both large and small developing organizations, and you will get familiar with the most common frameworks and tools used: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, backlogs, large and small planning sessions, continuous improvement with retrospective, and more.
The course is aimed at anyone who comes into contact with agile methods, and provides a good basis for further training in agile leadership, product ownership, team coaching for those who will take leading roles in the organization.
The course requires no prior knowledge.

The course is led by Ola Berg, an experienced trainer and agile guide who since 2009 has supported organizations that want to achieve more agile development.
