Combining agile and projects

Combining agile and projects

Course overview

Combining agile and projects – Making them work side by side

Do you want to understand how to combine the best of both worlds – traditional project methodology and modern agile ways of working? In this course, you will gain insights into the driving forces behind both methodologies and learn how they can coexist and create value together.

For a long time, there has been an almost ideological conflict between agile approaches and classic project management. Many organizations have tried to resolve this by working agile – but only in certain parts – while keeping project methodology as the unifying force. This course will help you understand why these approaches often clash, and how you can make them work side by side.

We do not focus on mixing the methods, but on creating an effective interaction between them.

Good to know: The course is based on active participation and requires a certain number of participants.
