AI Kickstart is a structured effort for organizations that want to take control of their AI work. Through workshops, current situation analysis and a joint report, we create the conditions for setting the right priorities, allocating responsibilities and getting started – without taking too big a grip from the start.
The initiative is designed for organisations, or parts of organisations, with 50–500 employees who are at an early or unstructured stage of their AI journey.
AI Kickstart includes two workshops and a mapping via interviews and surveys. The results are documented in a report that serves as a basis for decision-making for future initiatives and investments.
Workshop 1 – Leadership roles. Creates a consensus on what AI actually means for your business: opportunities, risks, current situation and priorities. Participants are typically leadership roles as well as AI enthusiasts in the organization.
Workshop 2 – Roadmap In-depth knowledge of architecture, data, governance, competence needs and use-case inventory. Resulting in a prioritized list and a concrete 90-day plan.
