AI transformation for organizations

AI transformation for organizations

Course Summary

Most AI training courses start by explaining what AI is. This course instead starts with what actually matters at the management level: how the value chain is changing, what it means for the roles and structure of the organization, and what the management team needs to do to lead the shift.

The course is designed for the entire management team and provides a common language and a shared view of where the organization needs to go.

  • Understanding how AI is changing the value chain, work roles and decision-making processes
  • Practical experience with AI tools linked to management work
  • A method to identify where AI creates the most value in your organization
  • Insights into what separates organizations that succeed with AI from those that get stuck
  • Common ground in the management team to drive AI work forward

The course is aimed at management teams and people in senior positions who want to create a common direction for the organization’s AI work.
