Build an AI framework in your organization

Build an AI framework in your organization

Course overview

Many organizations have started testing AI but lack the structure to scale it. Without clear guidelines on responsibility, competence, data and follow-up, AI work risks becoming fragmented and difficult to control.

This course provides participants with practical tools to build an AI framework adapted to their own business: from governance structure and policy to skills supply and how to measure actual movement.
