Build an AI framework in your organization

Build an AI framework in your organization

Course Summary

Many organizations have started testing AI but lack the structure to scale it. Without clear guidelines around responsibilities, skills, data and follow-up, AI work risks becoming fragmented and difficult to manage.

This course gives participants practical tools to build an AI framework adapted to their own business: from governance structure and policy to skills provision and how to measure actual progress.
