Change is accelerating and the ability to manage and lead change is crucial for success. But change often raises questions and resistance. Navigating these challenges requires insights, tools and a new way of thinking – and this is where visualization comes in as a powerful method.
This course is designed to develop your ability to lead change – whether you are a manager, project manager, change leader or curious employee.
Visual thinking involves using metaphors, images and visual tools to understand, analyze and communicate complex situations. Research shows that the brain processes visual impressions faster than text and speech, and that images evoke emotions, memory and creativity – all of which are needed for change!

This course does not have any associated certification. Each participant who completes the course receives a course certificate.
The course is led by Lena Pehrs. Lena is an industrial engineer, management consultant and change leader. To explain complex issues, anchor a new strategy or facilitate management discussions, she uses visualization as a tool. In 2024 she published the book “Stop Pretending – and nine other steps to make the right change happen”.
