Excel – Basic course

Course Summary

We have designed this two-day Excel basics course for those who are not yet really experienced in using Excel.
The course is held at a leisurely pace so that you can get into how Excel works in a good way. In this course we will learn how formulas and functions can make you more efficient and how to extract a large amount of data without forgetting other basic Excel functions.

After the course, you will know the basic functions of Excel. You know what data types Excel has and how to enter data correctly. You can create formulas and use functions to analyze data. You will know how to format calculations and tables, and present them as charts.

The course is designed for those who need Excel for their daily calculation and planning tasks, presenting data in various charts. The training is suitable for those who are starting to use Excel or have already used the program a little.

It is an advantage if you have some experience with Microsoft Windows and Office.

This course has no certification.

Introduction to Microsoft Excel

Most basic functions are the same in other Office programs.

Workbooks and spreadsheets

Working with features

Functions are Excel’s own calculation formulas that know how to calculate, you need to tell what is being calculated.

  • Math and statistics functions: sum, sum.if, number, number.if, average, average.if, min, max (sum, sumif, count, countif, average, averageif, min, max)

Print a workbook and table

Preview and check the settings before printing.
