The course is developed and delivered by Ola Berg who has delivered training in Agile methods for several years together with Informator.
Ola is a lean / agile guide with a focus on the slightly larger contexts: the agile organization (vertical) and the smooth flow of value across the organization to a recipient (horizontal).

Course Objective

More and more organizations are discovering that it is impossible to have just one product owner, a product management team is required. In this course you will learn how to work with product ownership in an Agile development organization.

Target Group

The course is suitable for both those who will have the role of Scrum Product Owner, but also anyone who sits in a product management or works closely with such an organization.
