Agile Team Facilitation is a practical and experience-based course that gives you the tools and skills to lead effective meetings and workshops – whether you are a manager, engineering manager, team leader, agile coach, product owner or focus on change management.

Developing and delivering products and services in today’s changing and complex environments requires effective collaboration. We need more people who can lead groups in an inclusive, structured and engaging way. As a facilitator, you provide safety, focus and direction – even in complex or charged contexts.

The title of the course – with the words agile and team – refers to a broad approach to leadership and collaboration. The content is relevant regardless of the form of organization, and provides powerful tools in all contexts where people meet to think, learn and decide together.

We work without slides and focus on real-life situations – with practice, reflection and concrete tools you can start using right away.

Course Objective

A two-day interactive experience with experienced trainers who themselves facilitate in complex environments on a daily basis.
Skills in planning, designing and leading effective meetings and workshops with clear purpose and structure.
Techniques to create psychological safety, engagement and participation in groups.
Practical training in facilitating different conversations – problem solving, decision making, learning, reflection and conflict management.
In-depth understanding of group dynamics and how to adapt your leadership to the needs of the group.
Possibility of ICAgile certification (ICP-ATF).

No special prior knowledge is required.

After the course, you will receive an official ICAgile certificate: ICP-ATF – Agile Team Facilitation. ICAgile is a global organization that has certified over 300,000 participants worldwide.

Facilitation is one of the most powerful – and often underestimated – tools of modern leadership. In this course, you will learn how to lead groups through conversations that make a real difference: creating shared understanding, making decisions, solving problems and building trust.

adapts methods according to purpose, participants and maturity level
uses visual techniques, powerful questions and frameworks to support facilitation
