In this two-day course, you’ll learn how the roles of Product Manager and Product Owner drive the delivery of value in the SAFe company. You’ll get an overview of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), the Lean-Agile mindset, and an understanding of how the roles work in the company to drive the delivery of value.

Finally, you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of the specific activities, tools, and mechanisms used to effectively deliver value to the business.

After the course, you can:

Identify the key components of the Scaled Agile Framework

Contribute to portfolio content using epics and Portfolio kanban

Prerequisites

One or more of the following prerequisites are recommended for students planning to attend this course and take the PMPO certification exam:

By attending the course, you will prepare to take the exam and become a certified SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (POPM).
