This training provides a practical and business-oriented understanding of how AI can streamline, improve and develop HR processes. The focus is on how AI can be used to strengthen quality, productivity and decision support in the HR work that all organizations need to manage, regardless of industry.
Over the course of two days, concrete areas of use are covered in, for example, recruitment, skills supply, employee development, onboarding, internal communication, skills analysis, HR administration and personnel planning. The training also highlights how AI is introduced in a responsible way with regard to data quality, integrity, governance and human control.
The training is aimed at HR professionals and managers who want to understand how AI can create benefits in HR work and how the technology can be translated into practical improvements in daily work.

This course does not have any associated certification. Each participant who completes the course receives a course certificate.
