The ISTQB® Advanced Level Agile Tester provides you with in-depth knowledge and skills to work effectively with testing in agile development teams. The course deals with the special challenges that arise when testing in agile projects and how these can be handled using agile working methods, testing methods and processes.
You will learn how testing is planned, controlled and improved in an agile environment and how testers are integrated as an active and value-creating part of the cross-functional team. The course covers test strategies, Shift Left, exploratory testing, test automation and improvement of the test process.
The course includes hands-on exercises and practice tests to help you apply the methods and prepare for certification.

The course is aimed at those who work with testing or quality assurance in agile development environments, for example as a tester, test analyst, test engineer, test consultant, test manager or developer.
It is also suitable for project managers, quality managers, development managers, business analysts and others who want to gain a deeper understanding of testing in agile organizations.
In order to certify you to the ISTQB® Advanced Level Agile Tester, the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification is required.
The course prepares you for the ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level – Agile Tester (CTAL-AT) certification.
According to the documentation, the certification test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and has a test time of 90 minutes. To pass the result, at least 65 percent correct is required.
