The Human Element is a tumultuous journey into self-awareness and human relationships and contains a number of tools and methods that shed light on phenomena that occur in organizations, groups and within individuals.
With increased self-awareness and self-acceptance, you can really use your full potential, which benefits both you as an individual and the entire organization. How we view and feel about ourselves forms the basis for our interaction with other people. Is there even any product or service that cannot be sabotaged by bad attitudes and inadequate relationships?
The THE week is an intense and warm process, filled with activities and conversations that enable a more open and trusting communication with both yourself and your surroundings. You also practice making more constructive choices and becoming more self-governing in your own life – both privately and in your working life.
To provide a deep and lasting effect in everyday life, you will receive continued support through the digital tool Mebook. In addition, a follow-up day is included about six months after the training. The training is led by two certified supervisors.
For accommodation and accommodation in connection with the course, there is a cost of between SEK 10,000 and 12,000, depending on the chosen place and occasion.

No special prior knowledge is required.
This course does not have any associated certification. Each participant who completes the course receives a course certificate.
This training is delivered in collaboration with one of Informator’s training partners.
THE, The Human Element, is carried out over five days at the boarding school Monday – Friday. Including a follow-up day after about 6 months.
Mebook is also included for six months to support your development.
For five days, you work on your individual development, with the help of feedback from other course participants.
Interactive, practical exercises, interspersed with shorter theory sessions.
You will also complete and get help interpreting several self-assessment instruments, which show different aspects of human behavior.
Dr. Will Schutz’s Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation (FIRO) theory provides an important base during the week.
The training runs Monday to Friday, boarding-based with evening activities. A follow-up day after 7-9 months is also included.
