Course overview

This three-day course provides an in-depth review of the administration, security, and operations of Exchange Online in Microsoft 365. The course focuses on hands-on management of users, groups, mail flow, security, compliance, and monitoring in cloud-based Exchange environments.
Participants work both in the Exchange Online Admin Center and via PowerShell, and gain hands-on experience through extensive labs in their own Microsoft 365 tenant (30 days).
Important: This course does not cover Exchange Hybrid, Hybrid Configuration Wizard, hybrid mail flow, or migration scenarios between on-prem and the cloud.

Prerequisites

Participants should have:

Basic understanding of cloud services
Experience in Office 365 administration
Familiarity with Exchange/Outlook
Basic PowerShell skills (not required, but recommended)
The course also requires the participant to be able to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
