The Leadership Days take place once a quarter for those with staff responsibilities – leaders, project managers, team leaders and HR managers, whether you are new or veteran managers.
During four days, you will be equipped to handle 15 tricky conversations that sooner or later land in the leader’s lap. You will be given tools for a healthy working climate free from domination techniques and the tricks of rhetoric to be able to hold powerful presentations, meetings and media appearances.

The first two sessions will provide you with tools for the 15 most important types of conversations that all leaders benefit from mastering. You will get effective conversation models and routines that make employees both work and feel good – for a long time.
On the third occasion, we have the theme of mastery techniques, where we help leaders create a work climate and a workplace that everyone looks forward to coming to. When employees feel good, they work well. The day is filled with useful tools to handle different types of awkward situations nicely.
The fourth session will give you the tools to raise your internal presentation and meeting culture to levels that make them impactful and (when needed) inclusive. You will gain understanding and tools for what makes people want to hear more. A leader not only needs to be able to lead but also to talk powerfully.
All four meetings take place in our premises in central Stockholm. The course ends with a dinner together!
