In today’s changing working life, experienced managers are faced with new demands to be able to coach and develop their employees in depth. This two-day course goes through the GROW model, solution-focused coaching and emotional intelligence, interspersed with practical exercises and role play.

Develop the ability to hold coaching conversations, use development models and strengthen team self-leadership.
Managers with at least one year of experience in a managerial role.
Completion of a basic management course or equivalent practical experience.
Diploma after completion of the course.
Certified coaches and organizational psychologists.
Modules: GROW, solution-focused coaching, feedback loops, emotional intelligence.
Sessions: Individual and group coaching exercises with feedback.
Materials: Coaching manuals, appraisal templates and case studies.
