Course Summary

Professional Agile Coach is a practical, interactive and experiential course for those who want to strengthen their ability to lead development – in individuals, teams and organizations.

The course is based on the principles of modern coaching and leadership and aims to develop the skills needed to create engagement, accountability and learning in a complex and changing world.The word agile in the name of the course does not reflect a method, but an approach to change, collaboration and value creation. The content is relevant for anyone who wants to lead with clarity, inspiration, presence and system understanding – whether you work with agile working methods or not.

We work with real-life cases, dialog, coaching techniques and reflection – completely without slides. The focus is on developing you in your role as a coaching leader, facilitator and change agent, whether you already work in the role or aim to grow into it.

A three-day in-depth learning experience with some of Sweden’s most experienced coaches and experts on leadership in complex environments.
Practical skills in professional coaching – including active listening, presence and powerful questions.
Ability to switch between the roles of coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer, depending on the needs of the situation.

Possibility of ICAgile certification (ICP-ACC).

No prior knowledge required.

Certification

After the course you will receiveyou will receive an official ICAgile certificate: ICP-ACC – Agile Coaching. ICAgile is a global organization that has certified over 300,000 participants worldwide.

Course Details

During the course, we work experientially with real-life situations and cases. Through practice and reflection, you develop your ability to lead and support development in individuals, teams and organizations.

You will explore the core of coaching – presence, listening and powerful questions, while learning to switch between different roles: coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer.

We build understanding together:

how groups develop and how you can support them to take the next step
how to build psychological safety and trust in teams
how to deal with resistance, uncertainty and organizational complexity
how to act systemically – not only coaching individuals and teams, but also influencing structures, culture and leadership
