Professional Agile Coach is a practical, interactive and experience-based course for those who want to strengthen their ability to lead development – in individuals, teams and organizations.

The course is based on principles from modern coaching and modern leadership and aims to develop the skills required to create commitment, responsibility and learning in a complex and changing world. The word agile in the name of the course does not reflect a method, but an approach to change, collaboration and value creation. The content is relevant for anyone who wants to lead with clarity, inspiration, presence and system understanding – whether you work with agile working methods or not.

We work with real-life cases, dialogue, coaching techniques and reflection – completely without slides. The focus is on developing you in your role as a coaching leader, facilitator and change agent, regardless of whether you are already working in the role or aiming to grow into it.

Course Objective

What you get

A three-day in-depth learning experience with some of Sweden’s most experienced coaches and experts in leadership in complex environments.
Practical skill in professional coaching – including active listening, presence, and powerful questions.
Ability to switch between roles as coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer, depending on the needs of the situation.
Tools for building trusting relationships and creating psychological safety in teams and groups.
Competence to manage resistance, navigate organizational complexity and support lasting development at the individual, team and system level.
Possibility of ICAgile certification (ICP-ACC).

Target Group

This training is for you who:

Working or wanting to work as an agile coach, Scrum Master or team lead.
Are a manager, engineering manager or leader and want to further develop the developing component of your leadership.
Want to support learning, responsibility and development in teams and organizations in a complex environment.

Prerequisites

No special prior knowledge is required.

Certification

After the course, you will receive an official ICAgile certificate: ICP-ACC – Agile Coaching. ICAgile is a global organization that has certified over 300,000 participants worldwide.

During the course, we work experience-based with real-life situations and cases. Through practice and reflection, you develop your ability to lead and support the development of individuals, teams and organizations.

You get to explore the core of coaching – presence, listening and powerful questions, while learning to switch between different roles: coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer.

We build together an understanding of:

how groups develop and how you can support them in taking the next step
How psychological safety and trust are created in teams
How to deal with resistance, uncertainty, and organizational complexity
how you can act systemically – not only coaching individuals and teams, but also influencing structures, culture and leadership

The course is characterized by a high level of commitment, practical application and security in learning – without slides, with a strong focus on dialogue, reflection and training. You get tools and models that you can directly use in your everyday life as a coach or leader.
