Course overview

This self-leadership course will help you bring out the best in yourself and others. You will gain a deeper understanding of the power of self-leadership – both on an individual level and in a group.

You will gain insight into the benefits and effects that arise for yourself, for others and for the organization as a whole. As our self-efficacy increases, we become better at managing emotions, thoughts, and reactions.

The course includes an individual, occupational psychological profiling. It is carried out 1–2 weeks before the start of the course and consists of two parts: a questionnaire that takes about an hour to answer, and an individual review of about 1.5 hours together with the course leader.

This course in self-leadership is aimed at those who want to develop their ability to lead themselves, strengthen their relationships and create better cooperation with others.

The course is particularly suitable for leaders, managers, specialists and employees who want to understand their driving forces better and reach their full potential in working life.

Prerequisites

No special prior knowledge is required for this course in self-leadership. In preparation, an occupational psychological profiling is carried out that gives you valuable insights before the start of the course.

Certification

This course does not have any associated certification. Each participant who completes the course receives a course certificate.

Trainer

This training is delivered by Therese Sandberg from EPM consulting. Therese has many years of experience in demanding leadership positions and consulting assignments in Swedish and international organizations. She is a professional coach and educates in topics such as leadership, change management, team and organizational development. MA in Business Administration (Stockholm University), Certified Coach (Novus), Barrett Consultant and Coach, Conscious Business Coach and Facilitator (LinkedIn).
