Course Summary

In the role of Product Manager, you will learn at a tactical level to apply the Lean-agile values and practices to ensure that customers and the business get the most benefit as quickly as possible.

The course provides hands-on skills to identify, describe, prioritize and realize customer needs. You will learn how to write Epics and how they are broken down into Features and Stories. In the context of the Release Train and the Agile Team, the responsibilities and powers of Product Managers and Product Owners are explained.
Special attention is given to the planning, execution and follow-up of PI Planning. And finally, you also get an introduction to what Continuous Delivery and DevOps are.
