Agile requirements management

Agile requirements management

Course overview

Agile Requirements Management, what is it? Instead of identifying and breaking down system requirements in large masses, agile methods want to identify and refine the requirements continuously. The goal is to create a smooth flow where every identified need of the end user is implemented as soon as possible. You also want to be able to clearly trace every requirement for the software to a benefit that the end user can experience.

The course is developed by Ola Berg, who has delivered training in Agile methods for several years together with Informator. In the course, we start from a focus on the slightly larger contexts: the agile organization (vertical) and the smooth flow of value across the organization to a recipient (horizontal). How do we get freedom at work without ourselves or the organization breaking down?
