The course is for those without previous experience with Microsoft server operating systems. In the course we go through the different variants that exist, licensing models, hardware requirements and the different parts that are included. We also have a short review of Active Directory Directory Services and integration with clients as well as an introduction to PowerShell and its possibilities for scripting for administration. The course mixes theory and practice.

This training is delivered by Jörgen Strandberg.
Jörgen is an IT consultant with over 40 years of experience in various areas from hardware to architecture, security and software development. For several years, the focus was on design and security in large IT systems with private and public actors. Jörgen is probably one of the most certified consultants in Sweden with around 70 certifications from Microsoft, VMware, Symantec, HDI, etc.
Today, Jörgen works with developing advanced software for secure integration of external data sources into internal systems. Jörgen likes to share his knowledge and experience and has trained at Informator since 1996.
