ISTQB® Certified Tester – Quality in DevOps provides you with the knowledge and skills to work effectively with quality and testing in a DevOps environment. The course addresses the special challenges that arise when quality assurance and testing are integrated into DevOps and how these can be managed throughout the development and delivery process.
You will learn how quality engineering is applied throughout the software life cycle and how quality is built in as an integral part of DevOps work. The course covers DevOps principles, value streams, automated and manual testing, as well as tools and working methods that support quality in DevOps.
The course includes hands-on exercises and practice tests to help you apply the methods and prepare for certification.

The course is aimed at those who work with development, testing, quality or operations in a DevOps environment, for example as a tester, test analyst, test engineer, test automatator, test manager, quality manager, developer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, operations technician, Scrum Master or Product Owner.
The course is also suitable for those who want to gain a deeper understanding of testing and quality in DevOps and create a common language and way of working for quality engineering within the entire DevOps team.
In order to certify you to ISTQB® Certified Tester – Quality in DevOps, you need the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), version 4.0 or later.
The course prepares you for the ISTQB® Certified Tester – Quality in DevOps (CT-QDO) certification.
The certification exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and has an exam time of 60 minutes. To pass the test, at least 65 percent is required.
