ITIL® (version 5) Foundation introduces the latest version of the ITIL framework, adapted for digital products and services in modern organizations. The course provides a holistic understanding of how value is created through product and service management, service relationships, governance models and continuous improvement. The course content is based on the current PeopleCert-accredited ITIL version.

The course fee includes a certification attempt.

At the end of the course, the participant should be able to:

  • Describe service relationships and their role in value creation

  • Explain the four dimensions of service management

  • Understanding the value system and value chain in ITIL (version 5)

  • Apply ITIL guiding principles in practical scenarios
