Trainer

Marcus Hammarberg is a longtime consultant and trainer in agile and lean. Marcus’ career started in system development and team management. When he first ran into agile (in the form of Scrum), there was no turning back and he started working entirely as an agile coach. Soon Marcus became interested in Kanban and Lean, and now uses it as a way to make agile initiatives take off, without changing too much at once.
