Microsoft 365 is large and difficult for a user to get an overview of, which often means that companies miss out on taking advantage of all the benefits. This training teaches you the basics of MS Teams and SharePoint online as well as an insight into Outlook online and OneDrive. It’s no longer just about intranets, but also about how and where we communicate to optimize collaboration within the organization.

Course Objective

Target Group

This course is aimed at MS Teams and SharePoint users as well as aspiring administrators, editors, information managers, communication managers plus those who work as support staff and need a comprehensive picture.
