New as manager

Course overview

New as a manager – confident, clear and sustainable in your new role
Stepping into a managerial role is both developing and demanding. You will have greater responsibility, new expectations and need to quickly find the balance between leading the business, creating results through others and at the same time being confident in yourself as a leader.
In this two-day course, you will get a practical and stable foundation for your leadership. We work with the most important parts of the role: to lead yourself, to lead others and to lead the business. You will get concrete tools to create clarity, prioritize, delegate, give feedback and handle difficult situations in everyday life.
The course alternates theory, reflection, discussions and practical exercises. The starting point is established leadership models and real-life situations that new managers often encounter. The goal is for you to leave the course with greater confidence in the role, a better understanding of the manager’s responsibilities and tools that you can use directly in your own everyday life.
