Course Summary

This course is aimed at those who want to develop their ability to lead product development in a modern and agile context.

In today’s fast-paced and changing society, a new approach to product management and product ownership is required. Quickly recognizing and responding to market needs can be the decisive factor for success.

During this course, you will see how you can go about maximizing the value of your organization’s development initiatives.

This is a partner course and therefore not covered by the Informator start guarantee.

  • A two-day interactive and energizing learning experience guided by an instructor who is a certified Professional Scrum Trainer and one of the most experienced coaches in Sweden when it comes to value creation in a complex context.
  • Deep understanding of the role of Product Manager and/or Product Owner
  • Concrete tools to understand and meet user/customer needs, maximize value from a team and deliver on time
  • A self-coaching material that you can use after the course to systematically apply the course content and develop your own skills.

 

This training is for those who:

  • Working or wanting to work as a product owner
  • Have responsibility for leading product development or maximizing business value in an agile environment
  • Working as a coach or Scrum Master and want to strengthen your coaching skills in the field.

Experience from agile work is an advantage but not a requirement.

To prepare for the course, we recommend that you do the following:

  • After the course, you will have the opportunity to take an online certification test to become certified as a Professional Scrum Product Owner I.
  • If you take the test within 2 weeks, you will also have the opportunity to take another attempt free of charge if you don’t pass the first time.
  • The course also includes a 40% discount on one attempt at the more advanced PSPO-II certification test.
  • The certification, PSPO, is the only one on the market issued by Scrum’s creator, Ken Schwaber.

Instructors on this course are one of the senior agile coaches from ProAgile. Fredrik Wendt, Henrik Berglund or Björn Persson.

They all have many years of experience in successfully implementing value-driven product management and working with agile transformations in teams and organizations. That is, you will get practically relevant answers to the questions addressed during the course.

All of them are also certified by Scrum.org as, PSTer, Professional Scrum Trainers so if you have questions related to product management in a Scrum context they can help with that too.
