Managing a project is different from leading a line business, and as a project manager, you need to master both project methodology and leadership.
The course gives you skills in planning tools and methods, and leadership gives you the conditions to engage and motivate your project team, and help it deliver the project goal to the client.
We alternate theoretical reviews with practical exercises, both individually and in groups. As part of the training, your personal development plan as a project manager is included.

After completing the training, the participants should have strengthened their ability to lead projects.

Basic Project Management Training equivalent to Project Management – Basic Course
This course does not have any associated certification. Each participant who completes the course receives a course certificate.
Meet Marie Bohlin, one of our project management trainers.
Marie is a civil engineer, communicator and coach with over 25 years of experience in project management, business acumen, customer focus and people drivers. She has worked as a manager in Swedish industry and with practical and strategic communication.
She currently works as a coach and develops and implements training programs in project management, leadership, negotiation and presentation techniques.
