• Facilitate ART-wide activities and meetings.

• Use Kanban and flow metrics to visualize and improve delivery flow.
• Identify bottlenecks and systemic barriers.
• Promote continuous delivery of value with high quality.

Continuous improvement and coaching

• Plan and facilitate Inspect & Adapt.
• Coach Scrum Masters, teams and leaders.
• Use systems thinking and value stream analysis to develop the organization’s way of working.

AI to support the RTE role

• Understand the opportunities and risks of AI in Lean-Agile leadership.
• Use AI to support analysis, planning, and decision-making.
• Explore how AI can contribute to more effective coordination, risk management, and improved value streams.
