As a Scrum Master, you are both coach and facilitator – you create the conditions for effective collaboration, lead the team towards common goals and ensure that each sprint delivers real business value.
During the training, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the Scrum framework, its principles and why the method is so successful in both the private and public sectors. You will learn to use key agile tools and techniques, and develop your ability to support the team in becoming self-driven, productive and goal-oriented.
The training is held by experienced agile coaches who work with some of Sweden’s largest organizations. Through practical exercises and real-life scenarios, you will become confident in your role.

You do not need any specific prior knowledge of Scrum
After the course, the participant has an opportunity to certify as a Professional Scrum Master I. A certification attempt is included in the course fee.
