We cover leadership styles, how to build and communicate a clear vision, and what methods promote motivation and team spirit. Through lectures interspersed with reflective exercises, discussion groups and real-life cases, you’ll have the opportunity to test your new skills and get direct feedback from experienced consultants. You will also learn how to identify and manage potential conflicts before they escalate, and develop your ability to hold constructive conversations.
