Do you want to understand your role in an agile team and how you create value together within an Agile Release Train (ART)? This course gives you and your team the practical tools and strategic understanding you need to succeed in an agile environment.
During the training, you will learn how to plan, execute, and deliver work in an Agile team, how to apply SAFe and Agile principles in practice, how to collaborate effectively with other teams within an ART, and how to drive continuous improvement.
After the course, you can:
Members of agile teams who will start working in an Agile Release Train.
A basic understanding of agile methods is an advantage, but not a must.
You can become a Certified SAFe® Practitioner.
After completing the course, you have 30 days to sit the certification exam. The course fee includes one certification attempt.
