Become a certified key player in an agile team with SAFe® for Teams – now in the AI-Powered version.

Do you want to understand your role in an agile team and how you create value together within an Agile Release Train (ART)? This course gives you and your team the practical tools and strategic understanding you need to succeed in an agile environment.

During the training, you will learn how to plan, execute and deliver work in an Agile team, how to apply SAFe and Agile principles in practice, how to collaborate effectively with other teams within an ART and how to drive continuous improvement.

What’s new in the AI-Powered version?
AI is now integrated throughout the course. You’ll learn how to use AI techniques to streamline your team’s work and navigate the SAFe framework with the support of SAFe CoPilot.

After the course, you can:

Act as an Effective Team Member in an Agile Release Train
Plan and implement iterations and PI planning
Apply Agile methodologies and Lean-Agile principles

Use SAFe CoPilot to navigate the framework and produce documentation

Target Group

Members of agile teams who will start working in an Agile Release Train.

Prerequisites

A basic understanding of agile methods is an advantage, but not a must.

Certification

You can become a Certified SAFe® Practitioner (SP).

After completing the course, you have 30 days to complete the certification exam. The course fee includes a certification attempt. AI content is included in the exam starting with the AI-Powered version.
