The ITIL® (version 5) Foundation Bridge is a short, focused course for those who already have ITIL 4 certification and want to switch to the updated ITIL version.

The course goes through the key changes to the framework and prepares you to upgrade your certification to the ITIL (version 5) Foundation through a special Bridge exam.

The course fee includes a certification attempt.

After the course, you can:

Target Group

This course is aimed at those who:

have valid ITIL 4 certification (including Foundation or higher)
want to quickly understand the differences between ITIL 4 and ITIL (version 5)
wish to certify to the latest version of the framework

Prerequisites

ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent experience is required to assimilate the course content and be able to write the certification.

A certification attempt is included in the course fee.

Bridge exam after the course (30 minutes, multiple choice)
Certification voucher included in the course fee
The exam focuses on the differences and updates between ITIL 4 and ITIL 5
