ITIL® (version 5) Foundation Bridge is a short, focused course for those who already have ITIL 4 certification and want to move to the updated ITIL version. The course covers the key changes in the framework and prepares you to upgrade your certification to ITIL (version 5) Foundation through a special Bridge exam. The course content is based on the latest ITIL principles for digital product and service management.
The course fee includes a certification attempt.
At the end of the course, the participant should be able to:
identify the key updates in ITIL (version 5) compared to ITIL 4
understand ITIL’s focus on digital product and service management
explain how the new ITIL Value System model works
describe changes in service and value structures
be prepared for the Bridge certification exam
This course is aimed at those who:
have valid ITIL 4 certification (including Foundation or higher)
want to quickly understand the differences between ITIL 4 and ITIL (version 5)
wish to certify to the latest version of the framework
ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent experience is required to assimilate the course content and be able to write the certification.
A certification attempt is included in the course fee.
