A strong corporate culture is a key factor for long-term success. Culture affects how employees collaborate, communicate and engage with the organization’s goals. This training focuses on how leaders can work actively and strategically with culture development – both during change journeys and in daily work. Participants will gain insights, methods and practical tools to shape and strengthen a positive organizational culture that drives engagement and results.
After completing the training, participants should be able to:
Mapping the current state of the organization’s culture
Define a desired location and involve employees and ambassadors in the cultural journey
Act as a role model and culture bearer in leadership
Reinforce desired behaviors in everyday life
Build consensus around values and apply values-driven leadership
Integrate the culture perspective in processes like recruitment, onboarding and performance management
Managers and leaders at all levels who want to work more actively on developing and embedding the organization’s culture.
No specific prior knowledge is required. Experience in leading teams is an advantage.
At the end of the training, you will receive a course certificate confirming your participation and the knowledge you have acquired.
Emelie Palmér and Annika Stålhandske, have long experience of leading remotely. They have a combined 30 years of leadership experience and for the last six years have both led teams spread geographically with limited opportunities to meet. They have been able to build teams thanks to a strong focus on HOW we work together in a virtual world. Emelie has a background in consulting and has worked internationally for many years. Annika has a background in production and logistics. They have both led and been part of management teams where digital has been a prerequisite for success.

The training combines theory, practical exercises, reflection and discussion. The work is interactive and process-oriented, with the participants’ own organizational culture as a case throughout the course.
Digital training material is provided. For distance learning, a computer with camera and microphone is required.
