In recent years, Service Design has become increasingly popular as a way of working with formulating new service ideas and concepts. Often the work is based on Design Thinking.
In this course, you will learn about what Service Design means, its principles, working methods, deliveries, etc. And how to work with it in agile development environments.

The training is aimed at those who are going to order, set requirements or develop interfaces, services or functions that are to be delivered with a high focus on the end users. You can e.g. be a UX designer, web/app developer, programmer, project manager, Scrum Master or requirements specifier.
No prior knowledge is required but experience in service development is an advantage.
This course does not have any associated certification. Each participant who completes the course receives a course certificate.
