Course Summary

In recent years, Service Design has become increasingly popular as a way of working on formulating new service ideas and concepts.
Often the work is based on Design Thinking.
In this course you will learn about what Service Design means, its principles, working methods, deliveries etc. and how to work with it in agile development environments.

Course Objective

Once you have completed the course, you can:

  • Service design as a process and way of working
  • Tactics to bridge the gap between Service Design and agile development
  • Create and use several of the types of deliverables included in Service Design.

You will also receive all the results of all the exercises produced by you and the other participants, as well as access to our reference library which is continuously updated.

Target Audience

The training is aimed at those who will order, specify requirements or develop interfaces, services or functions to be delivered with a high focus on end users. You can be e.g. be a UX designer, web/app developer, programmer, project manager, Scrum Master or requirements engineer.

Prerequisites

No prior knowledge is required but experience in service development is an advantage.
